These terms describe the intended use of Parsyn's public website and application. The application is currently scheduled for deployment by June 1, 2026.

Service Description

Parsyn helps users download and prepare public financial filings for research, compliance, and analysis workflows. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

User Responsibilities

• Use Parsyn lawfully and responsibly.
• Review source filings and outputs before relying on them.
• Comply with applicable exchange, regulator, and data-source terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription billing will become available when the application launches. Paid subscriptions are expected to be processed through Stripe. Pricing shown on the website should match the live Stripe products before checkout opens.

Cancellation and Refunds

When subscriptions are active, users will be able to manage cancellation through the billing portal. Refund requests will be reviewed case by case unless a separate refund policy is published.
